We have been learning about THE WORLD'S FASTEST INDIAN.
we are making our own land + water vehicle
Room 2 is very creative.
During camp week at Turuturu school Room 2 and the Year 5/6's
not at camp used recycled material to learn about forces, motion and friction and to learn to not give up and keep trying. We watched

BURT MUNRO
Burt Munroe was a brilliant New Zealander who, with his initiative (great ideas) and perseverance (not giving up), modified an Indian motorbike that was made to travel at 60 mph (100 km/h) to break world records on this bike, which still stand today, at over 200 mph (322 km/h).
